Report a Sighting of the American Goldfinch

Ranges of birds are constantly changing. You can help us develop a more accurate range map for the American Goldfinch and other species by submitting your sightings. It only takes a minute, and your time will benefit everyone trying to learn more about birds.

You may report as often as you wish but it is not necessary to report more than once a day from any single location. We will shortly be adding new capabilities that will allow you to use your reports to automatically create a check list for your yard, park or school. Your reports will show up immediately on the home page and will be used to create new range maps as sufficient data becomes available.
